this is actually strange because I used to have this sensations too.
but then I noticed that some dreams give us some self-sensations like “I don’t know that guy but in my dream, He was someone familiar”
and then I realized that sometimes, some dreams are intended to make us feeling great, like having great ideas, but they are not actually. Our mind makes us think so because… well, I don’t know exactly why. Probably because it’s a good sensation to feel smart 😉

thanks for the 0.02. i like your ideas a lot. i agree with your take on ‘the mind makes us think so’. i believe dreams are a manifestation of the subconscious; its opportunity to come to surface… without intervention – except for lucid dreams. (more on that in the future).

Love lucid dreams. I have epic detailed multi-storyline dreams when I sleep in on the weekends. I think they’d make good screenplays, if I could ever remember to put a notebook by my bed because by the time I get dressed I’ve forgotten it.
